Questions.
How do I get an API key?
Sign up, then create a key on the console's Keys page. The console shows the whole key once, when you create it, so copy it then. Send it as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
I lost my key. Can you show it again?
No one can. Create a new key on the Keys page and revoke the old one.
Why do I get a 402?
Your balance is spent and the model is not free. Buy credit on the Credits page ($5 to $25,000 at a time), or turn on auto top-up. Free models still answer.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit from a purchase can be refunded on the Credits page for 24 hours after you buy it. The service fee is not refunded.
What happens when a provider goes down?
The request moves to the next provider for the same model, and you pay nothing for the failed attempt. A provider that fails twice in a row is skipped for 30 seconds.
How do I keep a request in the EU?
List the EU providers' tags (they end in /eu) in provider.only, for example "provider": {"only": ["scaleway/eu"]}. If none of them can serve the model, the answer is 404 no_allowed_providers and nothing is sent.
How do I list my models as a provider?
Apply on the Become a provider page with your company details and endpoints. A person reviews every application, and each listing goes live after an automated check passes.
