Public providers

Every public provider: its slug, display name, description, logo, type (cloud or independent), residency (eu or non-eu), declared data policy, the number of models it serves live and when it first appeared. llm-buzz is llm.buzz's own provider, priced at the lowest live direct price of each component of each model. It is the website's data, not a stable API.
